Ingredients

• 1 c all purpose flour
• 1/4 c Brodie's self rising flour
• 1/2 c cornstarch
• 1/2 c white sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 pound butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the dry ingredients together
Melt the buter
Pour butter over dry ingredients and stir well
Press into 8" pan
Prick all over with a fork
Sprinkle with coarse sugar
Bake 300 for 50-60 min
