Ingredients
- FILO or other pastry dough
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1 cup Parmesan (Mix cheeses together)
- .5 lb ground lamb
- .5 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- .5 tsp ginger
- Oregano
- Thyme
- Cumin
- Coriander
- Allspice
- Salt
- .5 tsp each
Preparation
Step 1
Sauté onions, garlic & ginger in butter
Add lamb to onions & cook. Add spices
Drain meat mixture
Scoop meat into appetizer size dough, top with cheese. Wrap in dough/brush with beaten egg
Bake 350. till brown. on cooling rack
