Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup pecans
- Frosting
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp butter
- Juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Blend ingredients. Roll into little balls. If dough is soft, refrigerate for an hour or two. Chop finely pecans. Scatter them on wax paper. Place balls of dough on nuts and flatten with bottom of juice glass. (Dip glass in flour for each ball.) With spatula, take up cookies and place on ungreased cookie sheet, nut side up. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
When cooled, make a thin frosting and drop a small amount on each cookie.
