Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oatmeal
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup whey protein powder
- almond milk
Preparation
Step 1
Place quick oats in food processor and grind down to fine texture.
Mix all ingredients together.
Add milk, pour enough till mixture becomes runny.
Spray frying pan or griddle with Pam.
Place mixture in the middle of pan and turn the pan on angle in a circular motion to have quick oat mixture spread all over pan.
You can fill crepes and then roll them or roll then place fling on top.
