Ingredients
- 2 whole bone-in branzino, cleaned
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup Ladolemono
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano, preferably Greek
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare a grill to medium-high heat. Brush fish with oil and season skin and cavity with salt and pepper. Grill fish, turning once, until cooked through, about 10 minutes. Transfer to a platter, drizzle with Ladolemono , crumble oregano over, and serve.
Olive Oil And Lemon Sauce
(Ladolemono)
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon tom fresh oregano leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Beat olive oil and lemon juice until creamy.
2. Beat in oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Use over shellfish, fish, chicken, or lamb chops.
