Ingredients

  • Confectioners Sugar Glaze:
  • 1 pkg (4 serving size) banana cream instant pudding mix
  • 1 pkg (2 layer size) yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tbs milk
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a large mixer bowl. Blend; then beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.

Pour into greased and floured 10" tube or Bundt pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until the cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.

Drizzle with Confectioners Sugar Glaze. To make glaze add milk to confectioners sugar; blending well.
