Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 4 bone in, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp diced onion
- 15 mL 1/4 tsp fresh garlic
- 1 mL 1 Tbsp butter
- 15 mL 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 375 mL 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 15 mL 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
- 15 mL 1/4 tsp cider vinegar 1 mL
- pinch salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat barbecue on medium heat.
2. Grill chicken breasts, bone side down, for about 14 minutes.
3. Turn chicken and continue grilling until a meat thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165 ° F (74°C) (about 10-14 minutes).
4. Sauté onion and garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
5. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.
6. Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and serve immediately.
