Ingredients
- 14 ounces sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 (12-ounce) package mini chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Spoon heaping tablespoons of mixture onto prepared baking sheets.
Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until light golden.
