Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed or wheat germ
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Stir all ingredients together in a medium bowl. Cover and let chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
Once chilled roll into balls. Store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated for up to one week.
