Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 6 tblsp flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups milk, scalded
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Stir sugar, flour and salt in the top of a double boiler. Gradually add eggs and scalded milk. Cook for ten minutes or till thick. Add vanilla and strain through a sieve. Chill
