Chicken Quesadillas

Canned chicken and cream of chicken soup make these restaurant favorites so easy to bake and enjoy at home. Give them a try...they're delish!

Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans (4.5 ounces each) Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water
- 8 flour tortillas (8-inch)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oven to 400°F. Stir the soup, chili powder, tomato, onions, cheese and chicken in a medium bowl.
Place the tortillas on 2 baking sheets. Top half of each tortilla with about 1/3 cup soup mixture. Spread to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Moisten the edge of the tortilla with water. Fold the tortilla over the filling and press the edges together.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the quesadillas are hot.
