Pork Chops and Stuffing

  • 4 pork chops
  • 3 c soft bread cubes
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 c melted butter
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 (101/2 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 c water



Step 1

Brown chops on both sides; place in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix together bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/4 cup water, and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on each chop. Bleand soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over. Bake in a 350 oven 1 hour or until tender. Makes 4 servings.
