Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tblsp. water
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tblsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper, cinnamon, clove
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 4-6 cups nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 250*
whip the water and the egg whites till frothy. Add the spices and the sugars. Then coat the nuts. Put onto a cookie sheet and cook, storing every 15 minutes for about 1 hour. Cool and store.
