- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 cups milk
Preparation
Step 1
In a mixer beat the eggs, then add milk and flour. Spoon into 1 inch of hot oil spreading slightly. Spoon oil onto the top to ensure it gets cooked. Take them out before they get dark. Serve with syrup.
