Step 1
In slow cooker add 1 to 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken, 3 c chicken broth, 1/4 c buffalo sauce, 1 tbsp. ranch dressing mix, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp celery salt, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp pepper. Then top with 8 oz cubed cream cheese and 1 c shredded sharp cheddar. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. When done remove and shred with forks and add 1/4 more of buffalo sauce. Whisk 1 tbsp. corn starch with1 tsp water then add that to crock. Whisk this until all combined then add 16 oz linguine noodles which have been broken in half and then top with chicken and cook another 30-60 minutes, stir 3-4 times. Garnish with cilantro. WE TRIED THIS 9/18 AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD, BUT ONLY 2 OF THE 3 BOYS LIKED IT.
