Ingredients
- 5 or 6 cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sour milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla (or lemon)

Step 1
Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and beat. Add melted butter and mix in sour milk. Add Flour, soda, salt, spices and vanilla. Mix well. Fry.
Single recipe makes plenty. If doubling reduce sugar - add lots of nutmeg.
Can use allspice.
