Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1 1/2 C. flour
- 1/4 C. brown sugar
- 1 C. butter
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans
- Filling:
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 3/4 C. powdered sugar
- Topping:
- 1 3 oz. package strawberry jello
- 1 C. water
- 4 C. sliced strawberries
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 4 Tbs. cornstarch

Preparation
Step 1
For crust: In large bowl maix all ingredients to form dough. Spread into pizza pan. Bake at 400 for 15 mins. Cool completely. For filling, mix cream cheese adn sugar. fold in Cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. For topping, in seperate bowls, cobine gelatin, sugar and 1/2 C. of water in one bowl, and in the other dissovle cornstach in remaining water. Stir in cornstarch mixture intp gelatin mixture. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in strawberries. Cool. Spread on top of filling and chill.
