Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 3-4 Boxes blueberries U will need
- 1-2 cups of blueberries in the crust;
- and the rest for the sauce.
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teas. Nutmeg
- 1/4 teas. Salt
- 1 ready to serve pie crust
- 1/2 c Maple syrup

Directions:
Put 1-2 cups in the crust
To make syrup: Simmer 3 cups blueberries with
1/2 cup maple syrup until the mixture reduces
by half, takes about 20 minutes. In a pan on
Med.-High Heat-Put in 3 Tbsp. quick-cooking
tapioca and 1 Tbsp. of Lemon Juice, Nutmeg
and salt. Mix Will and Pour over the rest of
the blueberries in the pie crust pan. Let cool
and refrigerate for 1 hour or so..
{ for the crust read direction to bake if wanted
too} Then put the blueberries in the bottom.
