Ingredients
- 1/2 cup young coconut meat
- 1 1/2 cups cashews
- 1/2 cup agave nectar, maple syrup, or honey
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 vanilla bean, scraped
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- Pinch sea salt
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions.
