Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 6 apples peeled thin
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp gluten free flour
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 flax "egg"
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix filling ingredients and pour into a greased 9" pie plate.

Mix flour, sugar, xanthan gum and coconut oil. Blend in egg and
a pinch of salt. Spread the mixture over top of the filling.

Bake for 45 minutes.
