  • 4 cups gluten free oats
  • 1 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup raisins



Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

Combine oats and almonds and coconut in a large bowl.

Stir together salt, syrup, agave, oil, cinnamon, and vanilla
in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat or use a
double boiler. Pour the wet mixture over dry ingredients.
Mix to combine and spread out over baking sheet.

Bake until crispy and toasted (20-25 min). Stir halfway through.
Cool and then stir in the raisins. Store in an airtight container.
