  • 4 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbls sweet butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 lb elbow pasta
  • 2 c. Mac Sauce (the recipe is on Key Ingredient)
  • 1.5 c. grated Gouda cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Pecorino Romano Cheese (NOT FROM THE GREEN CAN!)

Step 1

1) Mash together the garlic and butter to form a smooth paste
2) Cook the pasta until al dente, drain, rinse and drain again
3) Add the sauce, cheeses and garlic butter to a heavy pot and cook until the cheese are just melted. Add the cooked pasta and keep stirring until it's bubbly hot.
