Raspberry Striped Cheesecake Pie

  • 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 can 20 oz raspberry pie filling, divided



Step 1

Preheat oven to 350
In lg bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and beat until just blended
Pour into crust
Drop 1/2c pie filling by T over batter and cut through a bit.
Bake 35-45 minutes until filling is set. Cool pie and refrigerate at least 2 hours, covering after completely cooled. Serve with reserved filling
