Cranberry Orange Scones

  • 2 cups gluten free oat flour•
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, washed and cut in half•
  • 1/4 cup almond milk•
  • 2 tablespoons honey•
  • 1 tablespoon juice of an orange•
  • 1 orange, zested•
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed•
  • 1 tablespoon water•
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Step 1

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.

2. Wash and cut cranberries.

3. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

4. Mix wet ingredients (all except cranberries).

5. Combine ingredients and mix well.

6. Gently fold in cranberries.

7. Take the ball of dough and press it flat onto your Silpat or aluminum foil.

8. Carefully cut the flat ball of dough into eight slices.

9. Place in the oven for 15-17 minutes or until brown on the bottom.
