    egg, lightly beaten

  • 1/2

    cup mayo

  • 1

    T. Dijon mustard

  • 1

    lb. cooked salad shrimp, thawed and patted dry

  • 4

    green onions, chopped

  • 1

    (8.75 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained & patted dry

  • 1/4

    cup chopped celery

  • 1/4

    cup chopped red pepper

  • 2

    T. capers, drained & minced

  • 1

    T. minced fresh cilantro

  • 2

    garlic cloves, minced

  • 1

    t. chili powder1/4 t. pepper

  • 5 dozen

    mini phyllo tart shells

  • 1/2

    small green pepper, cut in small strips

Directions

In small bowl, combine egg, mayo & mustard. Stir in shrimp, onions, corn, celery, red pepper, capers, cilantro, garlic, chili powder & pepper. Spoon ~ 2t. filling into each shell. Place on baking sheets, bake at 350 for 7-10 min. until tops begin to brown. Top with green pepper strips. Serve warm.
