Hash Brown Casserole easy

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs hash browns, frozen
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Mix all ingredients (except toppings) together in large bowl.
3 Pour into buttered 9x13 pan.
4 Cover top of potatoes with the crushed cornflakes.
5 Drizzle melted butter over cornflakes.
6 Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
