BAKED CHICKEN WINGS *(GOOD)*

Ingredients
- Marinade:
- Large package chicken wings
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c sake or wine
- 1/2 t ginger
- cayenne
- sesame seeds and
- sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients.
Marinate chicken at least 3 hours but the longer the better (I try for overnight).
Place wings on a foil covered cookie sheets.
Cook 1-1/2 hours at 375 uncovered until sticky. Baste some.
