Ingredients
- 1/2 C Pumpkin
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1 1/4 t Cinnamon
- 1 t Ginger
- 1/2 t Nutmeg
- 1/2 t Powd. Cloves
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 c Milk
- 1 6 oz PET evaporated milk

Preparation
Step 1
Thoroughly mix pumpkin, sugar, salt and spices.
Blend in eggs, milk and evaporated milk.
Pour into UNBAKED pie shell with high, crimped edges.
Bake at 400 deg about 50 mins.
Trim with pecan halves if desired.
