Shortbread Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 6 Tbl cold butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Step 1

Add first 5 ingredients into food processor. Pulse until coarse meal. Put dough into bowl and mix in the cream with a spoon. Place dough on floured surface, shape and roll 1/2 thick. Make a dimple in the middle and add jelly. Bakes at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
