TERIYAKI CHIX RUMAKI
- 1 lb. chix breasts cut into 24 (1.5") pieces
- 12 slices bacon, halved crosswise
- 6 green onions, each cut into 4 pieces
- 1 cup thin red pepper strips
- 1/3 cup teriyaki glaze

Cooking time 50mins
Soak 4-6" skewers in water for at least 30 min. Drain.
Preheat oven 375. Wrap chix pieces with bacon. skewer each piece with green onion and pepper strip. Place in 15x10 pan. Bake ~ 8 min. Brush with glaze and bake ~ 16 min. more.
