Ingredients
- 10 0z. shredded chix breast
- 1 8 oz. can water chestnuts
- 1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1 t. fresh ginger, 0r 1/4 t. dry ginger
- 1 T. soy sauce
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 24 wonton wrappers
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven 425. In large bowl, combine chix, water chestnuts, green onions, carrot, ginger, soy sauce, egg white, mayo and garlic. Mix well.
lightly brush edges of wrapper with water. Place ~ 1 T. filling in center of wrapper and fold corners to middle envelope style. Place on cookie sheet and lightly spray with Pam. Bake 12-15 min. until golden.
Serve with dipping sauce.
