Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. Yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 6 cups flour
  • 2 tblsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 3/4 cups warm milk
  • 3 tblsp. Olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Proof yeast with a pinch of sugar in the water. Put the flour into mixer and starlit. Add the sugar and salt. Then add all the wet ingredients. Mix well into a ball. Then let raise. Roll out into 12 balls. Form peda. Fry on a hot skillet till it puffs up. Cover with cloth tot keep warm.
