Apple Pie Bread

A recipe for bread machines

Ingredients

• 1 cup buttermilk
• 1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
• 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup chopped apple
• 3 1/2 cups white bread flour
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons dry yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
Select Sweet setting and start machine
