Hashed Potatoes in Ramekins

MY NOTES: Add chopped onion, but saute it in butter first.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cold boiled potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3-4 Tablespoons butter
  • 3-4 Tablespoons boiling water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Chop potatoes; sprinkle with salt.

2. Butter ramekins. Add potatoes. Dot here and there with bits of butter.

3. Pour in boiling water, distributing it evenly over potatoes. Cook in oven till hot throughout and bits of potaoes here and there are browned and crispy.
