Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs 1/2 c. milk
  • Topping
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 2 TBS butter

Step 1

Mix sweet potatoes, salt, butter, vanilla, sugar, eggs, and milk. Pour into 7 X 11 in. baking dish. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

May make ahead and refrigerate. Add the topping just before baking.

Yields 6 - 8 servings
