Ingredients
- 5 cups broccoli
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crumbled bacon (it's better with real bacon)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup craisins (or dried cranberries)
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons red vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toss the first six ingredients in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper together.
