Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups lightly packed fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegr
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
Preparation
Step 1
In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend or process with several on/off pulses until chopped but not pureed.
