Ingredients
- 3-4 broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 red bell peppers,julienned
- 5 oz.chicken breast,diced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp olive oil,spray
- cup veg of your choice
Preparation
Step 1
Blanch the broccoli until al dente;set aside.
Saute the onions until slightly
caramelized; set aside.
Saute the bell peppers and set aside.
Marinate the chicken in the soy sauce.
In a very hot skillet,heat olive oil and saute the chicken until done.Add the vegetables and serve.
Side;
1/2 cup broen rice.
