Ingredients
- 7/8 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, rehydrated and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 3/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active yeast
Preparation
Step 1
Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
Select Basic bread cycle, and start machine.
Makes one (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
