Chicken-Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing

  • 3 slices Cooked Bacon, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. Catalina Dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 cup torn spinach leaves
  • 3 oz. (1/2 of 6-oz. pkg.) Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 mushrooms, sliced



Step 1

1. Mix bacon, dressing and water in small microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until heated through.

2. Toss spinach, chicken breast strips, onions and mushrooms in medium bowl. Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.

3. SERVE immediately.
