Ingredients
- 4 cups drained cherries, juice reserved,( morello)
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons tapioca
- Pinch salt
- 1 1/3 cups reserved juice
- Drop food coloring
Preparation
Step 1
In a large size bowl mix all the ingredients and pour into the prepared crust. Cover with top crust, preferably lattice. Bake @425* for 15 minutes then reduce to 350* for another 45 minutes.
