Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 5 chopped garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup and 2 tablespoons chicken broth, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 tablespoon flour
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with pepper. Cook chicken in skillet until browned. Add broth, and spices. Cover and simmer for for 7-9 minutes until done. Remove chicken and add flour. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes until broth is thickened. Serve gravy over chicken.
