Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- 2/3 cup Peanut butter
- 2/3 cup Jelly
- 2 tablespoons Maple/brown sugar
- 2/3 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 2 tablespoons To 4 tb. vital gluten -- opt.
- 4 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons Yeast

SETTING: Medium Color
A high-rising loaf with the taste of peanut butter and jelly mixed right in.
Use either smooth or chunky peanut butter.
Due to peanut butter, the sides of the pan may need scraping. Watch moisture.
Add ingredients according to your manufacturer.
