Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of spenda brown sugar blend
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 cups peeled and sliced apple (Rome, Empire or Spy)
- 1 1/4 quick cooking oatmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend
- 3/4 cup walnut
- 1/2 cup butter melted
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Lightly spray a 8 * 8 * 2 dish
3. Combine brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add apples tossing to coat. Spoon into prepared pan.
4. Combine oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and walnuts. Spoon over apple mixture.
5. Bake 45 minutes or until apple mixture is bubbling and topping is brown.
