Muffins- Best Blackberry Muffins

These are to die for! I use this recipe for blueberry , blackberry and raspberry muffins. You'll never want to try another after you try this one!
Ingredients
- Muffin:
- 4 1/2 C Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 C Vegetable Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 4 1/2 t Vanilla
- 7 1/2 C Flour
- 3 t Baking Soda
- 3/4 t Salt
- 3 C Buttermilk
- 6 C Blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- Topping:
- 3 C Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
- 2 C Flour
- 3 Sticks Unsalted Butter melted (3 cups)
- 6 t Cinnamon
- 1 C Raw Sugar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350-
Topping: In a bowl toss together Sugar, flour, Butter and Cinnamon till Crumbly. (it never gets too crumbly, I often use a knife to cute the topping into small pieces) Save Raw sugar for Later
Muffins: In large bowl wisk together brown sugar, oil , egg, and vanilla till smooth.
Stir Oil mixture into flour alternately with buttermilk.
Fold in Blackberries-Fill Muffin cups 3/4 full.
Sprinkly muffin with topping and 1 Teaspoon of raw sugar.
Bake muffins in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes for regular muffins and 40 minutes for Large Muffins.
