Ingredients
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 cups Ricotta cheese
- 1 26 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned
- 9 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Brown ground meat; drain. Add spaghetti sauce. Mix egg and ricotta until well blended. Pepare 13 x 9 baking dish. Put 3/4 cup of sauce and meat mixture in bottom of dish. Cover with 3 noodles, 1/2 Ricotta mixture and 1/2 cup Mozzarella. Repeat layers. Top with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with Mozzarella and grated Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 15 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting to serve.
