Creamy Garlic and Herb Shrimp Linguine

Ingredients

  • 220 g linguine
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 3 tbsp kraft olive oil tuscan dressing
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 1/2 cup herb and garlic cream cheese
  • 2/3 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook pasta as directed
2. Heat dressing in large skillet. Add shrimp and cook 2-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Transfer to bowl and cover.
3. Add cream cheese and broth to skillet. Cover and cook on medium heat for 4 minutes or until cream cheese is melted. Do not let sauce come to a boil.
4. Mix pasta, shrimp and sauce together. Top with cheese
