  • 4 CUBED STEAKS
  • 2 CANS OF CREAM OF CELERY
  • POWDERED ONION
  • 1 CAN WATER
  • FLOUR SALT AND PEPPER
  • MASHED POTATOES
  • BUTTER

Preparation

Step 1

MELT 2 TBSP BUTTER IN PAN, MIX FLOUR, SALT & PEPPER IN BOWL. COAT STEAKS FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. WHILE STEAKS ARE COOKING MIX 2 CANS OF SOUP IN BOWL WITH 1 CAN WATER UNTIL COMBINED, ADD ONION POWER TO TASTE. ONCE STEAKS COOKED DRAIN OFF GREASE. PLACE STEAKS IN PAN AND POUR SOUP MIX OVER STEAKS AND SIMMER 1 1 1/2 HOURS. TURN STEAKS OVER WHILE SIMMERING AND CONTINUE TO COVER WITH GRAVY. SERVE W MASHED POTATOES.
