Mexican Layered Appetizer

Ingredients

• 1/2 carton sour cream
• 1 1/2 can refried beans
• 1/2 pkg taco seasoning mix
• 1/2 to 1 c. chopped green onions
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1 4-oz can mild chilies, chopped
• 2 avocados, mashed
• 1 chopped olives, small can
• 3/4 c taco sauce
• 1 lb ground beef, browned

Preparation

Step 1

Layer all with beans on the bottom
Chill and Serve

-or- bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes
Remove and garnish with green onions & olives.
