Ingredients
- 2 cups 1% cottage cheese, drained
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried dill weed
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pack into small crock or bowl.
Cover and chill overnight to blend flavours. Serve at room temperature with assorted vegetables for dipping.
